Job Requirements
- casual knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and methods
- willingness to work a flexible shift
- frequent lifting of over 75 pounds
- ability to work scheduled hours Tuesday through Saturday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- ability to report to work during university closures or emergencies as required
- physical ability to perform frequent heavy lifting

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen and serving equipment
- sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen and related work area floors according to prescribed standards
- empty waste baskets, trash cans, boxes, and containers
- assist in maintaining food inventories and food preparation
- operate appropriate cleaning and sanitizing equipment
- adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
- report to work during university closures as required
