Job Duties
- Greet all clients and guests upon arrival ensuring a warm refined and welcoming atmosphere
- Moderate and direct traffic within the gallery to maintain an organized and elevated client flow
- Coordinate and guide appointment-based visits working in tandem with the retail and gallery teams
- Communicate professionally and effectively with VIP clients stylists and visiting teams
- Serve as a front-facing presence that sets the tone for the space maintaining poise discretion and attentiveness
- Monitor the gallery environment to ensure it reflects brand standards at all times
- Provide light administrative and logistical support for client-facing operations as needed
