- previous experience in a concierge or customer service role

- Experience as a Concierge with a focus on excellent customer service
- resourceful and creative when solving problems quickly and effectively
- able to organize and manage multiple priorities naturally
Job Duties
- Welcome and engage residents living in our Gallery Apartments as well as their families and guests
- respond to all special requests for Gallery residents such as light shopping, running personal errands, retrieving mail, and securing reservations and/or event tickets
- arrange and serve a continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages to Gallery residents and their guests
- promote programs and events that are taking place at the community
- coordinate with all departments to confirm the care, maintenance, housekeeping and dining needs of the residents are met in a timely and efficient manner
