Job Duties
- Welcome and engage residents and their families and guests
- Respond to special requests such as light shopping, running errands, retrieving mail, securing reservations and event tickets
- Arrange and serve continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages
- Promote programs and events taking place at the community
- Coordinate with departments to meet care, maintenance, housekeeping, and dining needs of residents
