Job Duties
- Attend roll-call prior to shift for inspection and assignment
- participate in training in emergency procedures
- comply with general orders, policies and procedures
- make suggestions and convey observations to supervisor
- firmly yet politely advise museum staff and visitors of museum policies
- give directions and answer questions
- constantly move through assigned area or observe from assigned stationary location
- maintain a neat personal appearance and meet uniform specifications
- perform in drills and respond to emergencies
- perform light custodial work and lift or carry items as required
- work overtime as needed
- perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- use computer for email and schedules
