Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Reliable transportation for Delivery Driver positions
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to carry and lift up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or food service is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Leadership skills for Front Leader and Kitchen Leader positions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for Delivery Driver role
- Ability to multitask and handle customer disputes calmly and professionally
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Job Duties
- Take orders and enter them into the system through phone, walk-ins, or drive-thru
- Perform basic food prep such as making salads and boxing orders
- Train new Front Crew members on order taking and salad preparation
- Handle common customer disputes with friendly communication
- Close the store by completing closing lists and shutting down POS in absence of manager
- Assist in executing successful kitchen shifts by performing assigned roles like dough slapping or oven catching
- Oversee kitchen operations ensuring all orders go out accurately and timely
- Maintain kitchen stations and mentor kitchen crew members
- Deliver orders courteously and efficiently to customers’ doors
- Assist with in-store tasks including changing trash bags, sweeping parking lot, washing dishes, and catching the oven
