Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years experience in managing a coffee shop or equivalent
- Knowledge of dining service or related food service
- High customer service and communication skills
- Understanding of health and sanitation regulations
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work under time deadlines
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Ability to follow safety policies
Job Qualifications

- Two years experience managing a coffee shop or equivalent food and beverage establishment
- Knowledge of dining service and coffee shop operations

Job Duties
- Act as greeter and receptionist to visitors entering the building
- Provide way-finding directions and answer or transfer calls
- Take orders and prepare hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, and blended teas
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, patio, and surrounding areas
- Track inventory and order necessary supplies
- Supervise student volunteers from the Billings School District and teach proper food safety and sales practices
- Use Point of Sale system for cash and credit sales and prepare sales reports
