Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in a professional services firm providing attest services
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB auditing standards
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to lead and supervise staff
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Master's degree or other advanced degree desired
- CPA preferred
- Minimum five years of experience providing attest services in a professional services firm
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB auditing standards
- Strong communication, public speaking, client service, relationship building, personal development, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Initiative, adaptability, and advanced Microsoft Suite skills
Job Duties
- Oversee the day to day activities of U.S. GAAP compilations and reporting
- Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues based on professional guidelines including U.S. GAAP
- Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based on client operations and objectives
- Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with clients to ensure superior service
- Supervise and lead staff through guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation
- Invest in professional development via training sessions and networking events
- Assist with recruiting activities including campus recruiting and participation in employee referral programs
- Demonstrate excellent team skills, positive attitude, and high ethical standards
- Manage limited travel as required
