Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience in a professional services firm providing attest services
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB auditing standards
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise staff
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Master's degree or other advanced degree desired
  • CPA preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience providing attest services in a professional services firm
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB auditing standards
  • Strong communication, public speaking, client service, relationship building, personal development, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Initiative, adaptability, and advanced Microsoft Suite skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee the day to day activities of U.S. GAAP compilations and reporting
  • Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues based on professional guidelines including U.S. GAAP
  • Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based on client operations and objectives
  • Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with clients to ensure superior service
  • Supervise and lead staff through guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation
  • Invest in professional development via training sessions and networking events
  • Assist with recruiting activities including campus recruiting and participation in employee referral programs
  • Demonstrate excellent team skills, positive attitude, and high ethical standards
  • Manage limited travel as required
