Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA preferred
- Minimum five years of attest services experience in a professional services firm
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB auditing standards
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Proven client service and relationship building abilities
- Ability to supervise and coach staff
- Commitment to ethical standards
- Willingness to travel as required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Master's degree or other advanced degree desired
- CPA preferred
- Minimum five years of experience providing attest services in a professional services firm
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB auditing standards
- Demonstrated skills in communication, public speaking, client service, relationship building, personal development, collaboration, problem solving
- Highly developed Microsoft Suite skills
- Initiative and adaptability
Job Duties
- Oversee the day to day activities of U.S. GAAP compilations and reporting
- Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues based on professional guidelines including U.S. GAAP
- Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based on knowledge of client operations, processes, and objectives
- Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with clients to provide superior client service
- Supervise and lead staff through counsel, guidance and coaching
- Evaluate performance on client engagements
- Invest in professional development by participating in training sessions and networking events
- Assist with recruiting activities including campus recruiting and employee referral programs
- Demonstrate excellent team skills, positive attitude, and high ethical standards
- Travel as required, though limited
