Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled student at Mount St. Joseph University
- must be eligible for Federal Work Study
- ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to communicate effectively and sensitively
- punctuality and reliability
- willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- basic customer service skills
- desire to serve in a nonprofit setting

Job Duties
- Assist with filing, typing, and data input
- assist with customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
- assist staff and volunteers when needed
- sanitize the front desk area during downtime
- relay customer, volunteer, and donor messages accurately
- support administrative tasks as required
- maintain professionalism and clear communication at the front desk
