Job Duties
- Greet guests taking their orders and answering any questions they may have about the menu
- Ensure accuracy in order-taking and timely delivery of food and drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including tables and dining room
- Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
- Provide excellent customer service going above and beyond to make sure each guest has a memorable experience
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
