- Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction principals
- Educate customers on how EquipmentShare helps save and make money and improve efficiency
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships ensuring satisfaction
- Promptly resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share
- Use proprietary T3 technology to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
