Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- At least one year of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related fields
- Physical ability to lift and carry 100 lbs or more with or without assistance
- Ability to navigate stairs and tight spaces with care
- Own a box truck (16-26 feet), cargo van, or pickup truck
- Vehicle must be well-maintained and compliant with local transportation laws
- Possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Have vehicle insurance
- Must have plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, tie-down straps or ratchet straps, and a basic tool kit for light assembly
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Minimum one year of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related fields
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry more than 100 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to navigate stairs and tight spaces carefully
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Proof of vehicle insurance
Job Duties
- Perform retail store pickups and home deliveries
- Deliver custom or pre-assembled furniture and major appliances such as washers, dryers, and refrigerators
- Provide white-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Handle and protect furniture and appliances to prevent damage during transportation
- Use equipment such as plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, and tie-down straps to secure and protect items
- Navigate stairs and tight spaces safely while moving heavy items
