Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- One plus year of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related fields
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry 100 lbs plus with or without assistance
- Able to navigate stairs and tight spaces with care
- Must own a box truck (16 foot to 26 foot), cargo van, or pickup truck
- Vehicle must be well-maintained and compliant with local transportation laws
- Must have plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, tie-down straps or ratchet straps, and a basic tool kit for light furniture assembly
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Vehicle insurance

Job Duties
- Conduct retail store pickups and home deliveries
- Deliver custom or pre-assembled furniture
- Transport major appliances including washers, dryers, and refrigerators
- Provide white-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- Communicate promptly with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
- Safely load, transport, and unload furniture and appliances
- Maintain vehicle and delivery equipment in good condition
