Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience preferred
- Experience with customer service roles
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of staffing, scheduling, and training of FunZone Attendants
- Plan, market, and organize all aspects of group events and parties including managing reservations, contacting guests, and scheduling FunZone Attendants accordingly
- Ensure events and party details are executed accurately and on time
- Merchandising and inventory control of Redemption Center
- Order and manage party supplies and redemption inventory
- Develop and implement post-event and post-party follow up and referral process
- Ensure courteous customer service and respond to guest questions, complaints, and/or requests
- Maintain elevated level of knowledge of FunZone systems and games
- Ensure completion of FunZone game and counter cleaning protocols
- Minimize game downtime by ensuring completion of necessary maintenance and service
- Ensure maintenance of the overall appearance of the FunZone
- Increase FunZone visibility and awareness including a consistent presence on social media outlets
- Develop thorough understanding of the reporting system to ensure FunZone profitability
- Build community engagement by partnering with other organizations and businesses
