Job Requirements
- Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods during entire shift
- Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, wipe, sweep, and mop
- Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service
- Ability to positively interact with team members and guests
- Restaurant or retail experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant or retail environments preferred
- Ability to provide excellent guest service with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic cash handling experience
- Physical ability to be mobile and on feet for extended periods
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest hospitality and ensure guest safety in the FunZone
- Maintain positive guest relations by engaging with guests and responding to their needs
- Manage FunZone point of sale service and handle transactions efficiently
- Keep the FunZone area clean and well-maintained throughout shifts
- Oversee prize counter upkeep and assist guests with prize selections
- Monitor arcade equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Assist team members to create a positive and fun atmosphere
