Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Job Duties
- Greet guests as they enter and add them to a waiting list when necessary
- Provide guests with menus and answer initial questions
- Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas
- Assign guests to preferred tables while maintaining balanced table rotations
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Answer phone calls, take reservations and provide accurate information
