Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of liquor mixed drinks, wine, craft beer, and spirits
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain alert and observant during shifts

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and greet patrons warmly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately
- Manage the bar area including stocking, cleaning, and organizing supplies
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
- Monitor patrons for signs of intoxication and act accordingly
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Assist in creating new drink recipes and menu suggestions
