Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data entry
- experience in customer service
- must have attention to detail
- flexible in hours worked

- experience in customer service

- bilingual is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- assist office support staff with daily duties such as filing, answering the phone, releasing cremated remains or death certificates, calling families with information concerning cremations
- work at the receptionist desk for lunch relief and one Saturday a month
- support funeral home administrator as the need arises
- enter Osiris contracts into HMIS daily
- monitor and file preneed insurance payments
- take items to various locations such as post-office or consulate office
- audit completed funeral home files before filing in correct files
- perform other duties as needed
