Job Qualifications
- Previous guest service experience in a bakery, restaurant, or retail environment is a plus
- Experience in community fundraising, marketing, or sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships
- Self-motivated and organized
- High energy and friendly personality
- Ability to follow instructions and work well under pressure
Job Duties
- Implement marketing strategies to promote product sampling in the community
- Engage and build relationships with local business leaders and HR professionals for corporate events
- Coordinate and manage fundraising initiatives with area schools and non-profits
- Work onsite with team members to ensure fundraiser orders are accurate and delivered successfully
- Attend and support fundraising events including weekends and holidays
- Follow up on opportunities for birthday celebrations, corporate gifting, holiday parties, and more
- Represent the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
