Job Requirements
- valid driver's license
- access to reliable vehicle and proof of automobile insurance
- ability and willingness to travel up to 60% within assigned territory
- ability to work some evenings and weekends
- ability to bend, stoop, lift and transport up to 25 lbs
- confident, goal-oriented self-starter
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organization
- excellent interpersonal skills
- demonstrated ability to develop partnerships
- able to manage volunteers with diplomacy
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years proven experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets
- strong networking and relationship-building skills
- experience managing large volunteer-led events
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media
- ability to learn fundraising software quickly
Job Duties
- cultivate community and corporate relationships to support event success
- recruit, manage, and coach volunteers for fundraising events
- oversee multiple walk events annually in designated locations
- develop and implement strategies to achieve event revenue goals
- manage event budgets, timelines, and milestones
- use data to enhance event growth and volunteer engagement
- foster a positive, inclusive team environment and long-term partnerships
