Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license
- access to reliable vehicle
- good driving record
- proof of automobile insurance
- ability and willingness to travel up to 60% within assigned territory
- ability to work some evenings and weekends
- ability to bend, stoop, lift and transport up to 25 lbs of materials
- strong organizational skills
- experience or ability to learn Luminate/Convio software
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets
- confident and goal-oriented self-starter
- demonstrated ability to develop corporate relationships
- skilled in managing large volunteer teams with diplomacy
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficient with Microsoft Office and social media
- ability to learn fundraising software quickly
Job Duties
- cultivate key community and corporate partnerships to drive fundraising success
- manage multiple peer-to-peer fundraising events annually
- recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to implement best practices
- generate community excitement and enthusiasm for Walk to End Alzheimer's
- oversee event budgeting, set timelines, and manage milestones
- use data to inform strategies and achieve positive outcomes
- maintain an inclusive and positive team environment
