Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets
- ability to travel up to 60% within assigned territory
- valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle
- ability to work some evenings and weekends
- ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs
- excellent verbal and written communication
- strong computer skills
- positive self-starter
- ability to work independently and with diverse communities
Job Qualifications

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- demonstrated ability to develop corporate relationships and partnerships
- strong organizational and budget management skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media
- ability to learn Luminate/Convio software
Job Duties
- Build and nurture sustainable corporate and community relationships to achieve event revenue goals
- recruit, manage, and coach volunteers to implement best practices for fundraising success
- manage multiple volunteer-led mass-market events simultaneously, ensuring growth year over year
- cultivate and steward event teams, sponsors, and participants
- manage event budgets and timelines effectively
- develop and empower volunteer committees to drive event execution
- use data-driven strategies to optimize fundraising outcomes
