Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets
  • ability to travel up to 60% within assigned territory
  • valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle
  • ability to work some evenings and weekends
  • ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • strong computer skills
  • positive self-starter
  • ability to work independently and with diverse communities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • demonstrated ability to develop corporate relationships and partnerships
  • strong organizational and budget management skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media
  • ability to learn Luminate/Convio software

Job Duties

  • Build and nurture sustainable corporate and community relationships to achieve event revenue goals
  • recruit, manage, and coach volunteers to implement best practices for fundraising success
  • manage multiple volunteer-led mass-market events simultaneously, ensuring growth year over year
  • cultivate and steward event teams, sponsors, and participants
  • manage event budgets and timelines effectively
  • develop and empower volunteer committees to drive event execution
  • use data-driven strategies to optimize fundraising outcomes
