Job Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Availability for weekends and occasional evenings
- Ability to engage comfortably with the public
- Willingness to learn through paid training
- Able to assist with physical aspects of event setup

Job Duties
- Represent nonprofit and community campaigns at live fundraising events, retail activations, and outreach programs
- Engage with attendees face-to-face to educate them about causes and encourage donations or participation
- Assist with event setup, promotional materials, and logistical coordination
- Track donor interactions, campaign results, and event performance metrics
- Maintain a professional, enthusiastic presence at all events
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed fundraising goals
