Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of three years fundraising experience
- proven fundraising skills
- strong communication and networking abilities
- grant writing and donor management experience
- event planning and community outreach experience
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
- minimum of three years of experience in fundraising, preferably within the senior living, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors
- proven fundraising experience
- strong communication and networking skills
- grant writing and donor management experience
- event planning and community outreach experience
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns and events
- conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to deepen relationships and understand donor interests
- develop customized cultivation and solicitation strategies for each donor
- collaborate with leadership to achieve annual fundraising goals
- manage donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping of contributions and pledges
- prepare regular reports on fundraising progress and present insights to the leadership team
