Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or hospitality preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and production standards accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong communication skills in English
- Physical capability to handle heavy lifting and operate kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards per check from servers
- Start food items prepared ahead of time without over preparing
- Date all food containers and rotate inventory per Crescent standards
- Check inventory pars for shift use and prepare necessary food items
- Return unused food items to designated storage areas ensuring proper coverage and dating
- Assist in plans to control food costs and minimize waste
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill
- Comply with attendance rules and be available for regular work
- Perform other related duties as assigned
