Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet all customers when entering and exiting the store
- promote the SCHEELS Visa Rewards card and clearly explain all benefits
- accurately balance cash drawer at the end of the day
- maintain a clean working environment and personal workspace
- engage in conversation with customers to add a personal touch to each transaction
- end each transaction by saying thank you to every customer
- maintain a professional appearance on the sales floor
- contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth
- perform basic math calculations
- read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- write simple correspondence
- present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- demonstrate strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- show strong initiative and vision for continuous improvement
- exercise judgment and tact when working with customers and coworkers
- communicate effectively and timely at all levels of the organization
