Job Requirements
- Ability to operate a variety of machines, tools, and equipment
- visual acuity to observe safety and accuracy
- ability to remain stationary for at least 3 hours
- capacity to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel during shifts
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently
- ability to lift 3 pounds to shoulder height repetitively
- manual dexterity for grasping and fingering
- effective verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- passion for customer service and teamwork
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours
- prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Make drinks tailored to customer preferences
- prepare food orders accurately and efficiently
- operate the register and handle transactions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- stock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
