Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age 18 years
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work in environments with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment for PIE operators
- Ability to work well in a team environment and accept feedback
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment
- Comfort working on feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
- For PIE operators: experience operating warehouse vehicles and powered industrial equipment including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, and Turret Truck
- Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety preferred
Job Duties
- Safely complete outbound warehouse tasks like unloading, sorting, labeling, and packing with high quality
- Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed
- Meet requirements for safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime as needed
- Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements
- Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team
