Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in food service or hospitality helpful but not mandatory
ability to work 4 days per week with evening shifts ending by 6:30 pm
physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform dishwashing and cleaning tasks
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
willingness to adhere to company Core Values

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years of age or older
eagerness to learn and grow in the food service industry
knowledge of food prep and/or dishwashing preferred but not required
ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and community
strong work ethic and commitment to team collaboration

Job Duties

Assist in preparation of meal service including food prep, stocking the salad bar, filling refreshment carafes, and setting tables
reset dining room and kitchen following meals by washing dishes, removing trash, and busing tables
work alongside the culinary and dining team in a dynamic kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment
uphold the Core Values of Respect, Kindness & Compassion, Honesty, and Service Excellence
maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
support team efforts and communicate effectively
adhere to safety and health standards
