Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality helpful but not mandatory
  • ability to work 4 days per week with evening shifts ending by 6:30 pm
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform dishwashing and cleaning tasks
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • willingness to adhere to company Core Values

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • eagerness to learn and grow in the food service industry
  • knowledge of food prep and/or dishwashing preferred but not required
  • ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and community
  • strong work ethic and commitment to team collaboration

Job Duties

  • Assist in preparation of meal service including food prep, stocking the salad bar, filling refreshment carafes, and setting tables
  • reset dining room and kitchen following meals by washing dishes, removing trash, and busing tables
  • work alongside the culinary and dining team in a dynamic kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment

  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • support team efforts and communicate effectively
