Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in fast-casual dining or banquet service
  • Valid certifications or ability to obtain Responsible Alcohol Service and Safe Food Handling within 90 days
  • Ability to provide timely, attentive, fun, and friendly customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Professional communication skills
  • Availability to work 32-40 hours weekly with peak days Tuesday through Thursday

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in fast-casual dining or banquet service
  • Valid certifications in Responsible Alcohol Service and Safe Food Handling or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Passion for timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and events
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in bartending or fine dining service preferred
  • Experience with restaurant point-of-sale systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Deliver genuine hospitality and exceptional service while demonstrating thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings
  • Serve food and beverage
  • stock, polish flatware and glassware
  • set, buss tables
  • expedite food per established side work checklist
  • Set up and service for catering and other special events
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
  • Ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages
