Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in fast-casual dining or banquet service
- Valid certifications or ability to obtain Responsible Alcohol Service and Safe Food Handling within 90 days
- Ability to provide timely, attentive, fun, and friendly customer service
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Professional communication skills
- Availability to work 32-40 hours weekly with peak days Tuesday through Thursday
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in fast-casual dining or banquet service
- Valid certifications in Responsible Alcohol Service and Safe Food Handling or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Passion for timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and events
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Experience in bartending or fine dining service preferred
- Experience with restaurant point-of-sale systems preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver genuine hospitality and exceptional service while demonstrating thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Serve food and beverage
- stock, polish flatware and glassware
- set, buss tables
- expedite food per established side work checklist
- Set up and service for catering and other special events
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
- Ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages
