Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- ability to stock merchandise and lift up to 45 pounds
- ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, carry and walk throughout the store
- ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail experience preferred
- ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- ability to provide customer service
- ability to operate cash register
- comply with company policies
- meet local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages

Job Duties
- Consistently demonstrate the mindsets, ALDI acts competencies and professional skills for the role
- Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management
- Provide feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors and general issues
- Participate in taking store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Comply with company policies and uphold confidentiality of documents and data
- Perform other duties as assigned
