Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail work experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift and stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds
- Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk regularly
- Capable of following company policies and instructions
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Compliance with drug test, motor vehicle report, and reference checks as required

- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Competent in operating a cash register efficiently and accurately
- Skilled in safe operation of equipment such as hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers

Job Duties

- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store appearance
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and attractively
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory losses, and scanning errors
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor stock accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
- Comply with company policies while safeguarding data and documents
