Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving weighing up to 45 pounds
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk in the store
- Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to operate cash register efficiently and accurately
- Ability to safely operate equipment including hand jack, floor scrubber, and baler
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- Meet state and local requirements for alcoholic beverage handling

- Ability to stay organized, give attention to detail, follow instructions and multi-task professionally
- Meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
Job Duties

- Processes customer purchases and operate cash register efficiently and accurately
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service assisting customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team
- Provide feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- Participate in taking store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Comply with all established company policies and procedures ensuring security and confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned
