Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior work experience in retail preferred
- combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- ability to operate cash register efficiently and accurately
- ability to safely and properly operate equipment including hand jacks, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
- ability to perform general cleaning duties
- ability to interpret and apply company policies
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work independently and within a team
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages
Job Duties

- process customer purchases
- perform general cleaning duties
- stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- provide exceptional customer service assisting customers
- collaborate with team members and communicate with store management
- provide feedback on products, inventory losses, and scanning errors
- participate in inventory counts and monitor accuracy
- adhere to cash policies and procedures
- comply with company policies and maintain data security
- perform other duties as assigned
