Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stock merchandise and lift products up to 45 pounds
- ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and walking
- ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- ability to operate a cash register
- ability to safely operate equipment including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber and cardboard baler
- ability to perform cleaning duties
- ability to interpret and apply company policies
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties

- process customer purchases
- perform general cleaning duties
- stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- provide exceptional customer service
- assist customers with their shopping experience
- collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team
- provide feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- participate in taking store inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy
- adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- comply with company policies while upholding security and confidentiality of documents and data
- perform other duties as assigned
