Job Requirements

Knowledge of company policies
ability to read, understand and communicate information and ideas in writing
ability to understand and communicate effectively with others orally
ability to utilize club software program and email communication software such as Microsoft Outlook
minimum of one year experience in hospitality or related service
food safety certified if applicable
professional and friendly customer service attitude
strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
enthusiastic and dependable team player
self-motivated and initiative-taking
well organized and detail oriented
CPR certified

At least one year experience in the hospitality industry or related service position preferred
food safety certified if applicable

Job Duties

Greet members and guests upon arrival to the club
check members in by verifying their membership
ensure all guests complete guest registration waiver and pay applicable guest fees
book appointments, program, and class reservations for members and guests
provide information regarding club programming and facilities
deliver exceptional service experience with goal of retaining guests for repeat business
represent the club professionally through image, dress, communication, and follow through
provide membership sales team with guest/prospect lead contact information
operate cash register and process payments
manage and balance cash drawer each shift
perform opening and/or closing duties
answer and transfer phone calls
create and serve food and beverage items at café
promote daily specials and encourage upgrades
maintain clean, safe work environment per food safety standards
greet and act as host on pool deck
assist with food and drink orders and event space setup
offer seating and tours of amenities
communicate and book appointments for programs and events
maintain refreshment stations
provide towels and assist with towel operation
warmly greet and check members and guests in at parking garage
audit parked cars as needed
maintain cleanliness and stock levels throughout club
perform detail cleaning and preventive maintenance including restocking supplies and janitorial products
assist with laundry functions including collecting, washing, drying, and folding towels
communicate timely and follow up
participate in required events, programs, meetings, and trainings
maintain flexibility in work schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
