Job Requirements
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary or baking and pastry program
- Academic credit can be received
- Program dates are flexible and can be adjusted based on the school’s academic calendar
- Full time availability is preferred, but part time availability will also be considered

Job Duties
- Gain hands-on working experience and develop leadership skills
- Maintain a supervisory role over back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting
- Support changes to menus, operations, and styles of service
- Support transitions between major seasonal events
- Assist with inventory management, supervising ambassadors, and scheduling
