Job Duties
- The Sous Chef plays a vital role in the daily operations of the kitchen, providing professional leadership and guidance to kitchen staff
- Recruit and train Line Cooks and Dishwashers, following the direction of the Director of F&B
- Manage food and supply orders efficiently
- Conduct safety audits and document monthly training sessions
- Ensure dishes are presented beautifully before leaving the kitchen
- Monitor kitchen labor and food costs while adhering to the budget
- Prepare high-quality meals that delight our guests
