Job Duties

  • The Sous Chef plays a vital role in the daily operations of the kitchen, providing professional leadership and guidance to kitchen staff
  • Recruit and train Line Cooks and Dishwashers, following the direction of the Director of F&B
  • Manage food and supply orders efficiently
  • Conduct safety audits and document monthly training sessions
  • Ensure dishes are presented beautifully before leaving the kitchen
  • Monitor kitchen labor and food costs while adhering to the budget
  • Prepare high-quality meals that delight our guests
