Job Requirements
- minimum age of 19 years old
- at least two years cooking experience beyond fast food or fast casual
- basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- authorized to work in the United States
- pass background check and drug screening

- experience in supervisory or leadership roles preferred

Job Duties
- prepare food using various methods including baking, grilling, stove-top, and oven cooking
- clean and maintain kitchen areas
- oversee kitchen staff progress and development
- manage kitchen projects and special events
- handle inventory management
- supervise kitchen operations in absence of Executive Chef
- cover bistro shifts during breaks or vacancies
