Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 19 years old
  • at least two years cooking experience beyond fast food or fast casual
  • basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
  • ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • pass background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • strong customer-facing skills
  • experience in supervisory or leadership roles preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare food using various methods including baking, grilling, stove-top, and oven cooking
  • clean and maintain kitchen areas
  • oversee kitchen staff progress and development
  • manage kitchen projects and special events
  • handle inventory management
  • supervise kitchen operations in absence of Executive Chef
  • cover bistro shifts during breaks or vacancies
