Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 19 years old
  • Two years of cooking experience beyond fast food or fast casual
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Pass background check and drug screening
  • Flexible availability including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to cover bistro shifts and kitchen management duties

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of cooking experience beyond fast food or fast casual
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Ability to manage kitchen staff and projects
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Minimum age of 19 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of foods including baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking
  • Clean and maintain kitchen workspace and equipment
  • Oversee progress and abilities of kitchen staff
  • Manage kitchen projects and special events as assigned
  • Maintain food inventory and supplies
  • Oversee kitchen operations in absence of the Executive Chef
  • Cover bistro shifts during breaks or vacancies
