Job Requirements
- at least two years of culinary experience
- basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- minimum age of 19 years
- ability to pass background check and drug screen
- authorization to work in the United States full-time
- flexibility to work scheduled shifts including some holidays

Job Duties
- prepare all types of food including baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking
- clean and maintain kitchen areas
- oversee progress of kitchen staff abilities
- manage kitchen projects and special events
- maintain inventory management
- supervise kitchen functions in absence of the Team Lead
