Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of cooking experience above fast food/fast casual level
  • basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • capable of passing background check and drug screen
  • authorization to work in the United States full-time

  • two years of cooking experience above fast food/fast casual level
  • basic life support (BLS) certification or willing to obtain upon hiring
  • ability to work varied shifts including breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekends and holidays
  • experience in kitchen staff supervision preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • prepare all types of food including baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking
  • clean and maintain kitchen hygiene
  • oversee progress of kitchen staff abilities
  • manage kitchen projects and special events
  • handle certain aspects of food preparation
  • manage inventory
  • oversee kitchen functions when the Team Lead of Food & Nutrition Services is unavailable
