Job Duties
- prepare food including baking grilling stove-top and oven cooking
- clean the kitchen and maintain hygiene standards
- oversee progress and abilities of kitchen staff
- coordinate kitchen projects or special events
- manage inventory and supplies
- maintain kitchen function in the absence of Team Lead of Food & Nutrition Services
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
