Job Requirements
- associate's degree preferably in food services management or business administration
- equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- strong communications skills
- computer literacy
- mathematical and financial skills
- leadership experience
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- ability to calculate and interpret financial data
- analytical and organizational skills
- proficiency in using computers and office equipment
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum of 10 years related experience preferred
- at least four years managerial experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- computer literacy
- financial and mathematical proficiency
- proven leadership abilities
- serve safe certified preferred
- management food handler certificate preferred
Job Duties
- manage and develop operations staff including hiring and disciplining
- prepare budgets and financial reports
- oversee daily operations with culinary team
- develop marketing strategies and promotional programs
- implement operational plans to achieve profit goals
- resolve customer issues and complaints
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
