Job Requirements

  • associate's degree preferably in food services management or business administration
  • equivalent combination of education and experience considered
  • strong communications skills
  • computer literacy
  • mathematical and financial skills
  • leadership experience
  • ability to read, write, and understand English
  • ability to calculate and interpret financial data
  • analytical and organizational skills
  • proficiency in using computers and office equipment
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
  • compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • minimum of 10 years related experience preferred
  • at least four years managerial experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • computer literacy
  • financial and mathematical proficiency
  • proven leadership abilities
  • serve safe certified preferred
  • management food handler certificate preferred

Job Duties

  • manage and develop operations staff including hiring and disciplining
  • prepare budgets and financial reports
  • oversee daily operations with culinary team
  • develop marketing strategies and promotional programs
  • implement operational plans to achieve profit goals
  • resolve customer issues and complaints
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
