Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferably 10 years related experience
  • At least 4 years in a managerial role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Mathematical and financial skills
  • Ability to manage and lead staff
  • Knowledge of food service operations
  • Ability to comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • On-site presence required
  • Ability to operate food service and office equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
  • Must pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Food Services Management or Business Administration preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years related experience preferred
  • At least 4 years managerial experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and financial analysis
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Serve Safe Certified and Management Food Handler Certificate preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage and develop operations staff including hiring, training, and disciplining
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports for dining units
  • Oversee daily dining operations with culinary staff
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional programs
  • Resolve customer complaints ensuring satisfaction
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Formulate pricing policies and evaluate new products for profitability
