Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Preferably 10 years related experience
- At least 4 years in a managerial role
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Mathematical and financial skills
- Ability to manage and lead staff
- Knowledge of food service operations
- Ability to comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- On-site presence required
- Ability to operate food service and office equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
- Must pass background check
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Food Services Management or Business Administration preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years related experience preferred
- At least 4 years managerial experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy and financial analysis
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Serve Safe Certified and Management Food Handler Certificate preferred
Job Duties
- Manage and develop operations staff including hiring, training, and disciplining
- Prepare budgets and financial reports for dining units
- Oversee daily dining operations with culinary staff
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional programs
- Resolve customer complaints ensuring satisfaction
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Formulate pricing policies and evaluate new products for profitability
