Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server/dishwasher is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Responsible for interacting with our guests and ensuring they have a wonderful dining experience ensuring they feel appreciated and well taken care of
- Assume 100 percent responsibility for quality guests’ experience
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
- Ensure assigned sections is in impeccable condition for seating of guests during entirety of shift
- Confidently and accurately answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant information
- Responsible for pre-bussing, clearing, cleaning, and setting tables/sections for seating of guests
- Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guest
- Assist other servers during peak periods in delivering food and guest requests
- Maintain a professional and personable appearance
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Load, run, and unload dishwashing machine
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Dispose of trash and recycling
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate staff
