- Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service
- Knowledge of food and beverage with a passion to cultivate these skills
- Display a confident and professional appearance
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift
- Must be able to carry about 40lbs

- Exceed guests' expectations by providing the highest level of consistent, professional, and courteous service
- Promote teamwork within the restaurant to create a positive work environment
- Properly execute all necessary steps of service
- Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization
- Provide exemplary customer service by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Report on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required
- Respond positively to guests' requests
