Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to mix and serve cocktails and cover bartending
- Must currently possess and maintain necessary State Food Handlers License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s) or ability to acquire within state mandated time frame upon hire
- Must have ability to communicate effectively verbally and written in English
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Previous experience as server in a similar restaurant environment strongly preferred

- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system

- Must have ability to communicate effectively verbally and written in English
Job Duties
- Takes orders noting any dietary or allergy restrictions and serves food and beverage items to guests in accordance with established standards
- Greets and seats guests providing a welcoming dining experience
- Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage offerings including menu changes and sold-out items
- Enters orders into computerized Point of Sale system and communicates special requests to culinary team
- Assembles food items such as appetizers salads and soups
- Ensures attractive consistent presentation of food and beverages
- Ensures that all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature
- Processes guest payments using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
- Keeps work area including guest dining area clean and organized including cleaning as part of pre-opening and closing duties
- Supports all other pre-opening and closing duties including dining area set up cleaning sanitizing reservations review clearing resetting tables restocking supplies securing equipment cash reconciliation and final area inspection
- Stocks and prepares stations including refilling condiments napkins silverware glassware and side stations
- Food preparation and handling as needed
- Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals
- Flexible open availability required including early mornings nights weekends holidays
