Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year experience in full service restaurant
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, days, and evenings
- reliable transportation or plan to relocate to Atlanta, GA
- willingness to comply with restaurant policies and procedures
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- preferred driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year experience in a full-service restaurant
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus but not mandatory
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Job Duties
- greet and seat customers promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- provide detailed information about menu items and specials to enhance customer experience
- serve food and drinks in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction
- handle payments and process transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstation
- respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience
